- Contains misinformation, especially medical or parent misinformation
- Encourages spam, advertising, MLMs, or unauthorised commercial activity
- Impersonates another person or misrepresents affiliation
- Violates intellectual property or privacy rights
Momistan reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to edit, remove, restrict or disable access to any content or account of the user without notice.
User-Generated Content & License
By submitting content (including text, images, videos, reviews, or stories) to Momistan you:
- Confirm that the contents are your own or that you have permission to submit it
- Momistan a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display the content for platform, editorial, or promotional purposes
- Retain ownership of your content
Momistan may anonymize, edit or moderate submissions for safety, clarity or compliance.
Images, Media & Consent
When uploading images or videos, you agree that:
- You have permission from any identifiable people featured
- Content does not principally display third party trademarks/copyrighted material without permission
- Momistan is allowed to edit or resize media for technical or editorial reasons
In cases where the content is reported to be involved in illegal activity, Momistan may report it to relevant authorities.
Newsletters & Communications
By being registered, you can choose to receive emails, newsletters, or platform updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in communications.
